As we move into January, the NOVA rankings continue to see some changes at the top. In week three of the 2025 rankings, Skyline holds the top spot after showing strength at the Quad on Saturday, going 3-0 with wins over Cox and Independence. Cox is ranked 3rd in the 757 Teamz rankings, and Independence is a top 10 team in NOVA. Woodgrove earned a close mid-week win over Martinsburg, WV, with a score of 37-35 but opted out of wrestling a complete Virginia Duals National tournament, causing them to slip one spot. Chantilly, which did not wrestle their varsity team this past week, falls in the rankings due to Skyline's strong performance in the Quad. Sherando and James Wood are new to the rankings and appear inside the top 15 with their results at the Northwestern District Tourny and the Judges Invitational over the past two weeks. Mountain View drops out of the top 10 with a loss to Riverbend. Team Battlefield and Broke Point moved into the top 10. Battlefield wins the Highlander Team Duals and Broke Point also shows strength by winning the Blue Devil Duals on Saturday.
